What started as a conversation between friends — about how impossible it had become to find clothes that actually fit our lives — has grown into a community of women across America who believe great style shouldn't come with a designer price tag.
We named ourselves Clara & Hayes because the women in our lives — mothers, sisters, dearest friends — taught us that real elegance never goes out of style. That confidence comes from comfort. And that what you wear should feel like home.
How It Started
It began with frustration. We'd walk into stores and find row after row of clothes designed for someone half our age, in cuts that didn't quite fit, fabrics that didn't quite last, and prices that didn't quite make sense.
Too trendy. Too tight. Too overpriced. Too... not us.
So we set out to build the closet we couldn't find anywhere else — for the woman who's done chasing trends and ready to feel beautiful in her own skin, every single day.
